SEO, Digital Marketing, eCommerce – All the events across Europe you can’t miss in Autumn 2018

By 22. August 2018 May 14th, 2019 No Comments

Summer is almost over, and we’re approaching the final third of 2018. If you’re in SEO, eCommerce or content marketing, it’s a crucial time for your business. And, where better to find inspiration and new contacts than some of autumn’s most prestigious eCommerce events? These industry-focused shows are incredibly popular, so it’s worth booking your places at the season’s essential SEO events in advance. The downside is that most of these events happen during the same period, so you will need to choose carefully.

DMEXCO (Cologne)

If you can only attend one marketing-themed trade fair this autumn, make it DMEXCO. DMEXCO is the largest congress of its kind in Europe and over 1,100 exhibitors and 40,000 participants will descend on Koelnmesse, Cologne, Germany from 12th to 13th September. And, of course, greatcontent will be there ready to answer all your questions about content creation and marketing. Because of the time scale, there are a limited number of available spaces. Ensure that you’re one of the lucky few by booking your calendar appointment with us.

DMWF (Amsterdam)

One of autumn’s more specialised digital marketing events, DMWF packs a powerful punch. Eschewing the large-scale format of other conferences, the Digital Marketing World Forum invites the biggest names and eCommerce companies to address smaller but more expert audiences. One for SEO industry insiders and interested professionals, the 2018 edition of DMWF will be held in Amsterdam on 19th and 20th September 2018.

SEO Brighton (Brighton)

SEO Brighton famously began life in a room above a pub, and it’s now one of the SEO content and marketing world’s most diverse and exciting fixtures. The event has a massive following and is as appealing to data nerds as it is to high-profile client managers. It’s the place to uncover those important industry facts; did you know that 70% of Internet content gets 0 backlinks or that 29% is duplicated, for example? Head to Brighton on 27th September 2018 for the creme de la creme of one-day digital marketing events.

Paris Retail Week (Paris)

Paris Retail Week is a massive retail industry-focused event with a huge eCommerce sector. Over 800 companies and over 40,000 participants will be on-site for its fourth edition at Pavilion 1, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from 10th to 12th September 2018. Covering every aspect of online marketing, it’s the ideal place to exchange ideas with some of the industry’s most respected names.

DigiMarCon (London)

Both the conference and trade fair, DigiMarCon is the first of the mentioned major SEO events. Specifically designed to help participants optimise their marketing strategies, it takes place at the luxurious Sofitel Heathrow, London, from 5th to 6th September 2018. It’s your chance to hear some of the sector’s most provocative and audacious speakers; sessions will highlight methods of improving customer service, raising brand awareness, and increasing traffic. The event will also cover a wide range of relevant topics such as Lead Generation, Customer Engagement, and Digital Strategies.

eShow (Madrid)

eShow is a meeting place for online professionals and one of Europe’s most accessible SEO events. Up to 500 exhibitors and over 20,000 visitors are expected to attend the two-day trade fair at IFEMA, Feria de Madrid from 24-25th October 2018. This year, the event takes a closer look at the latest SEO trends and the effect of space and time variables on an increasingly globalized digital world.

With these exciting eCommerce events on the horizon, autumn 2018 looks set to be another landmark year in digital marketing. Why not request a quote and see for yourself how the latest developments and trends in SEO and content marketing can enhance your online presence?
