What should i do, if i did not receive my Payment?

In order to clarify if and why you did not receive a payment, please check the following: 

When was the payment for Invoice due?  

Please keep in mind that Invoices are paid 30 days after creation date. Keep in mind that the payment can take additional 2-3 days, if the original payment day is scheduled for a weekday on the weekend.

Provide us the Credit Nr. starting with 60XXXXX

Provide us the Author ID

Should the payment been made via Bank or PayPal transfer?
